First of all Jack and his boss, though arrogant at times are objective and level-headed.

They are not like that other public administrator who is a short-fused, prima donna who think they own the entire province of Cebu and the cities IN IT.

I used the word INFILTRATING because THESE PEOPLE are not voicing their personal opinions but OBVIOUSLY speaking for an ENTITY.

e.g. if Jack "The Wack" Jakosalem will speak his mind here, then that is fine but if he will be talking FOR Cebu City Hall, then that is infiltrating.

This issue only proves that Garcias main concern is only to conquer and influence Cebu. Unfortunately, they can't totally do it this time because of Tomas Osmena. Kumbaga, pakita jud sa ilang pagkahawod diri sa probinsya. I don't understand why people vote them wherein there only goal was just to conquer whole Cebu.

City Hall has total jurisdiction to istorya.net coz if im not mistaken, istorya.net is registered under Cebu City. that means, walay jurisdiction ang Capitol over us here.

Jack's username here i think is JackJakosalem. i read a thread before that he discussed w/ another forumer here. I just can't remember anymore which thread...
