It's such a shame when you become immortal who carries incurable disease. Heh, how about carrier of leprosy. Some of your body parts will "melt". You'll bring those burden forever. If you want to live forever, you have to etremely take good care of your body. That sounds vain.

It's pretty boring to live eternally. You will take time for granted.

For some reason yes. In fact, I find it more as a "gift" and not as a curse or something that makes you slack off. As an immortal, I'd find myself looking up to the future, rather than just witnessing history. I'd be curious on how technology will develop. I'd be excited to see new discoveries. I'd be interested to see man's evolution and how the world would look like in a couple of centuries. Knowing that time is on my grasp, I'd use it to find greater meanings of life itself. I'd use it to explore my potentials and harness it at its fullest.

True, the world will change but the underlying principles that govern the world doesn't. As the wise man wrote in Ecclesiastes, "What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one can say, 'Look! This is something new'? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time." Or as Mariemeia Khushrenada in Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz said, ""History is an endless waltz, so to speak. The triple measure of war, peace and revolution goes on and on."

Not unless you think something that you wanna do.

How would you live everyday of your life then as an immortal? I don't just mean the grand things you want to do like witnessing history unfold, harnessing your potentials and all that stuff but what about the simpler things like buying groceries, doing laundry, employment, etc?

Having more time isn't the answer. It's using time wisely. The great people who made an impact in history didn't have more time. They used what they had with the time they were given.
