PLDT DSL and Globelines Broadband are good choices, though, di gyud ni malikayan, both have territorial problems. In some areas, kusog ang PLDT and in some areas, Globe ang ok. Better check from your location and get feedbacks before you decide to apply. You'll just get disappointed kung di maayo ang service.

PLDT MyDSL..though speed goes up and down but I didn't experience total lose of connection..often happen to GLOBE

I've heard nindot ang connection sa BayanTel since gamay pa lang sila diri cebu.
But I've heard mahal daw. Try to inquire lang nila.
But if pang balay lang with 1 computer & dili ka hilig online games & download videos then payter na kaayo either globe or pldt.

I agree Bayantel is fast but mahal lang. My previous company ISP is Bayantel and the service is somewhat fine as well.

i suggest PLDT kay tried and tested na ang ila network daghan na sila problems nga na sulbad, unlike sa globe grassroots pa lng naa pay posibilidad nga muabot pa ang dakong "katag" sa ilang connections...but then again, try to ask around your area kung unsa ang performance sa isa ka isp...tama sila basin sa inyo area kusog jud ang globe...or smart, or pldt....
