since I joined theosophy and read stuff about it, gradually my being dogmatic has eroded.

so What if they mock Allah and Jesus or Islam and Christianity? In the bible Jesus was being flogged and tortured but he did not struck the people with lightning. Yes he drove out all the money changers in the temple for reason that they made the house of God a market place not because they were gamblers or thieves ( sinners ).

In Islam, there was a time when Muhammad was stoned and the angel Gabriel appeared before him and told him if he wish he (gabriel) would lift the mountain and smash it to his persecutors. But Muhammad said No, so the angel asked him what should be done to this people? Muhammad said, leave them because there will come a time that these people will become muslims. Right now the people who lived in that area are all muslims.


People must learn to accept the fact that in each religion naa jud kalahian.. if they want to mock your religion, pray for them. who knows that someday you'll see these people in heaven.

I find it really amusing for people claiming they don't believe in something, yet spent much time trying to disprove it even to the point of mocking and ridiculing it. Perhaps disproving it with intelligent questions is one thing, but ridiculing it with post that sounds like "Hey! if your gods is there let him strike me with lightning bolts!" is altogether dumb and disrespectful to our human nature.

If the concept about god is such an abhorrent idea, let's not forget the fact that from this concept, mankind built their civilization, to which the humanistic world view is now trying to wrist from it. Don't berate me either if I rant about the evil of science since it gives us the nuclear bombs, global warming and all the evil that came out from it.

I'm no fan of religion, it's just that when I looked around me I see a lot of people badly needed it. And if we have a sense of empathy towards our fellow human, we should accept it that for them, it's religion that keeps them going on life. For them religion and belief in God is not just an abstract idea or some thoughts to ponder on, but a deep need and a way of life. So we should not be surprised if sometimes people run amuck with rage when they are faced with horrifying truths regarding with what they believe.

But I guess perhaps, some people so confident with their new found concept, finds so much pleasure in seeing others in discomfort by demolishing their cherish belief. Search for truth is nothing but a pretension for making fun out of our fellow man's belief, while we call ourselves free thinkers and intellectuals..yeah, so enlighten enough with the truth but devoid of any understanding to what it is that makes us human in the first place.

look at it from the perspective of the OBLIGED to spread the werd. some of them considers questioning the basis of their claims a form of mockery already...and these people has the balls to talk about love and other chuvaness, and yet display somewhat opposite to what they CLAIM.

as what i've said before religion is a CRUTCH. some people need it function...some DONT. friction definitely starts when crutchloving peeps insists "you need them crutch" and when the crutch-free peeps tells the other "you can do it without them crutches".

Anthropomorphizing The Ultimate truth or Divine Truth can effect hate and strife among adherents of different Religions, as a proof , we see it being demonstrated here in this small part of the world we call istorya.net.

Ultimate truth( the God principle ) is being worship and treated like a man and because of that, like any other man they are being compared to each other. and we all know that this act usually breeds conflict between the fans. I can now imagine people cheering " pacman pacman " the other side " Cotto cotto ".
Yes like a boxing match. All these because they worship an anthropomorphic God and they think that their boxer is better than the other.

that's because you always want to rationalize the obvious.

when a problem is presented, your eyes move and would always look the other way. Focus on this side of the coin and not on the other side of the coin. In that way you'll arrived a sincere assessment of the actual problem.

some people need the anthropomorphic god for the stage in their life now.. whether u believe in it or not, it really doesn't matter, unless you guys have a role to play in their lives at that stage..

Those who try to overcome means they are willingly ignorant, or its just simply they just found what makes them happy. Is there a happiness in fighting? must be the other way around.
