CORRECTION, FYI , Systemedia Division is not a call center. It is one of NCRs Division, an arm for their Finance and Research Division. NCR has no call center in Cebu, at least not yet.

Yep, you're right. But they're hiring customer service reps and they do handle calls and orders from customers. Pretty much call center work to me, but "technically" not a call center. :mrgreen:

woops , they dont take calls. their phonelines are for personal use, conferencing and training purposes =) , if that's what you call " call center work" . customer service is a very broad line of business.
