    YES. It is actually called Vendor's Permit.
    Peddlers are actually asked to get this kind of permit from the city hall for legality purposes. This is cheaper due to the nature of the business. This permit only has to pay an annual due (just very minimal), they are not obliged to get Mayor's Permit, SSS and BIR approval (they do not pay BIR taxes as this is already included in their annual permit due).

    As for businesses without the legal business permits, there is nothing to be worried about not unless the business is illegal (operations-wise). If the business' operations does not counter the law and only lacks a permit, the local government gives a certain grace period for the owners to register their businesses.

    there is no required amount for you to secure a business permit. Once you're into business, you are required to secure permits and licenses.

    I dont think so... though the bureau is currently conducting RATE (Run After Tax Evaders) Program but BIR officers will not do such immature things like this.

    its easy to get business permit naman karon....first you have to register your business sa DTI NERBAC, mas dali man kay naa man sad representative didto taga BIR,SSS ug uban govt. agencies na required ka magpa register before ka ma releasan ug business permit
