naa ba gyud sila training, experienced man or dili?
this is what i know as of last march '05: kung new grad ka, undergo ka training, kalimot ko unsa to ila tawag sa mga trainees then increase salary after training..
kung experience, based imo salary sa imo experience, wa nay training...
ah ok. wa diay training ang mga experienced. luoy sad...
@ciao: mao bitaw gitawag nga experienced, diba? and mao bitwa i-hire nila ug mas dako ug salary kay experienced na man, "skilled" in his expertise.![]()
I've been with adtx for almost a year... and ok biya ilang working environment...
Ok kaau ang mga tawo didto.. labi na ang ilang manager.
Then kung ma-regular ka, definitely, makaadto jud sa japan.
Just like to know if ever a person already has an experience does he/she need to undergo an exam? or just an interview?

I applied for C++ and Java so... C++ and Java pud akong exam.
