another thing.. since I.T. ka... technical support imo profile sa cc.. lisod man sad troubleshoot over the phone compared sa practical jud nimo magunitan ang computer.. esp. na mo give kag instructions anya di ka sure kung kibaw pud ang customer.. so impt pud listening skills nimo... pwede sad ka download lang og ielts test builder.. nice na xa.. helpful pud ba.. gabasa ka while listening to the audio file.. daghan free ani.. isearch lng..

you can always try to for chat support first and not go to the call OPS sa callcenter. Daghan man gud nag assume nga tungod callcenter, mag calls gyud mga tao. Naa bya chat support nga mag type ra ka tibuok adlaw (troubleshooting thru chat). Problem is naa man gyud na interview. Best suggestion, watch english movies and read a book (read it loud).

Pero nindot ug maka experience ka call center bisag pila ra ka months bah, pahanas sa english para apply abroad dayun, hehehe

With constant use, those words will stay in your memory. And I agree that you can enroll yourself in a call center school. There were lots of good ones mentioned a few posts ago.
