Good Grades doesn't necessarily open doors for you in the corporate world, it does help bring you to the door step though but ultimately it's your passion, drive and commitment that will bring you in.

Make sure you are as wise in life as you are as smart in class.

Make time to learn from the internet, if possible, make time to undergo OJT, I myself started as an OJT.

Check out your school bulletin boards for OJT, apprenticeship notices, you may also volunteer on school and out of school organizations, these small things differentiates you from the rest, it builds and shows character, for if you only focus on your academic skills what differentiates you from the rest of the graduates ? build your character, develop holistically and create a niche.
