    Of course not. 802.11b or 802.11g DOES NOT need line of sight.

    Nope, havent tried downloading a large file. But I'm pretty sure that the speed
    of the download would be approximately 1.3-1.8MB per second, considering the speed

    true. Wifi doesnt need line of sight. i can even use wifi sa banyo while my access point is located 4 rooms away.

    it is only the max speed detected during handshaking.. what matters is the throughput.. try using bandwidth meters like sa 2wire.com

    u can contact me regarding meridian wireless broadband internet.

    by the way here's the requirements.

    1. one valid ID (SSS, GSIS, Drivers License, company ID)
    2. Proof of billing ( Water, electric, telephone or credit card billing)
    3. Certificate of employment or ITR if employed or if self employed - busines permit or TIN
    4. if house is rented authorization from the owner coz we need to install antenna.

    hi anton.. how about if post nalang nimo ang monthly rates sa mga packages for everyone's knowledge. apil pud if naa minimum month (hopefully preha sa dominion nga no bindings).

    monthly is Php988. Free one month. all you need to pay upon activation is one month advance Php988 and Php500 installation fee..1 year contract.. the remaining months of course is Php988 per month.
