paliti ni FU 600w psu..
Akong Intel 915GAV ni bigay na pag january 17 2009.... ni plait ko ug bag-o nga PC 2 days after
it served 3 years already.
im planning to revive it ..... basin memory ra problem ato.
dili naman gud cya mu on.
mga bro, wat if guba jud ang mobo? Unsa man inyo ika suggest nga mobo nga i puli ani? thanks....
bro, even a 500w can actually power your motherboard. even a 450 can even power it. u mentioned that nadaut imong PSU that is why imo giilisan. naay possibility nga gidamay sa imong PSU ang motherboard.
sa board, u only need to connect the 24pin ug and 4pin from imong PSU to your motherboard. nothing else. itaud ang usa ka stick sa ram, ug and imohang processor. kana lang. if dili mudagan, patay na imong motherboard, wala nakay mabuhat.
PS: a 650w, 750w or 1000w PSU advice is just plain ridiculous.
question lng:
1. unsay naa sa imong cpu pagkadaut sa imong PSU? graphics card? pila ka ram?
2. unsay processor?
the best way to know is let professional check imohang board. kanang kaila nimo nga di ka paninglan. lisud man gud i-isolate ang problema sa mobo if dili matan-aw k sometimes busted capacitors or loose connections sa mobo dili basta-basta mahibal-an.
if wala nimo giibot and processor, ayaw na tanggala and no need to check unsay procie.
try lng nga procie and ram lng, pero outside of ure casing ok kay basin grounded ka. take it out, intall a single stick of ram and try to turn it on, let a flat screwdriver touch the two pins sa imong POWER JUMPER. if mo-beep and mutoyok ang fan, good to go. next is to connect ure HDD. try nasad. if ok, connect ure monitor. if ok, get to us back.
note: careful with the turning on with the screwdriver though. same ra spelling sa screw ug screwed.
Hehehe. B4 you waste your money bro, borrow a 600W PSU. Dats a d915gav. Search the forums and you'll find that's already a solved problem. 700W for that particular board is not ridiculous. Anyone who says it is has never handled that board. It's just the way it is.
Therefore, your options are: Buy a new mobo that will run with your PSU or get a PSU that will run the D915GAV.
Sure, like I previously mentioned, you can run a 350W PSU with that MOBO with a big BUT. And that BUT's sufficient standby power. Generic PSU's below 600W can't supply it. Some branded ones can, but it's trial and error and they're expensive.
Technicians could not solve it, some even criticized it for being a troublesome board, but the users solved it by changing their PSUs.
Anyways, if you decide to change your mobo, you know who's willing to take it....
Disclaimer: If it still doesn't run on 600W, it's something else.
