i have been an avid reader of istorya.net but i wasn't able to put up my account because i'm not good with defending/arguing about a certain subject. but when i read this forum, i was shocked as to how unfair we Filipinos are with those people who are trying to help us out.

i don't mind my grammars, as long as people understand me, that would be great. if you go to UK or USA, people are unmindful of their grammars as human beings are equipped with brains that understand and analyze things. and if all people are grammatically correct, then there is no need for Basic Speech lessons in elementary and English 101 in college. there are no jobs for copy editors too.

we are happy in WIPRO. amidst the cultural diversity of the environment, there is peace and coherence among agents (esp in BT ELITE - nothing less!). to all those people who are against the Indians here, why don't you try to look at yourself in the mirror and see if you are perfect? why can't you understand that our culture is different with their culture? what's wrong with Indians expanding their business in Cebu and help decrease the percentage of unemployed Filipino citizens? What's wrong with WIPRO helping the Philippines boost it's BPO Industry?
in fairness to the Indians, our process trainors (BRIT spelling for trainers) Noel and Ankit are one of those Christians by heart. why? they are those people who wanted to spend their Christmas in a Children's House in Parian. whoever you are who mentioned the flaws of Indians, are you this Christian enough to spend time with homeless kids? think about it!

i have also read that a lot of you guys are clamoring about those exit interviews and a whole lot more about their resignation. hmmmm all i can say is that, WIPRO doesn't want to see you guys go and leave her jurisdictions (hehehe). so WIPRO is trying to hold on to you, too bad you are not that openminded to take a look at the positive aspect of all these delays.

BOTTOMLINE: let's all be thankful. though WIPRO is just starting to grow, she is doing her best to reach out to her agents (BT, UAL, Novartis). it is for us to do our job to help her soar up high. after all, we are in the same boat. and besides, if you guys are not satisfied with the salary, you could have just DECLINED on the very day that you are handed by the job offer. but you didn't. come to think of it: your salary may have -or if not fully- supported your caprices and vices (let's be true). but that's human nature, we really are not contented of what we have. (ECONOMICS 4th aspect: walang katapusang pangangailangan ng tao).
