did you have a connection before using this setup?
how did you check for continuity?
are the RJ45 connectors properly crimped? you might need to recrimp both ends. (most likely the problem)
are you sure it's only 70 meters? did you measure it?
is the cable close to the electrical wires? maybe too much interference?
you need to borrow/buy a cable tester like this.

thank you for the response and yes i checked the continuity using a tester just like the picture you've shown... and also the cable is very close to electrical wire.... is there anything i can do. aside from transferring the cable from another location?
Kanang 100meter nga limit, maximum length na sya for quality data transmission, beyond ana depend na sa quality sa imong UTP cable. Pero dili man na problema ug layo gyud kaau, pwede man ka mag gamit ug switch in between para mo act as repeaters.
even abot pana 300 meters stil a connection jpon,but defferences na iya signa. standard jd is 100m.kung malapas u need na ug repeater.
