just think of the happy memories that you had with him na lang. no grudges. kaw ra alkansi if you dwell on hate or depression . easier said than done but that's how i see it. it's hard at first. as much as possible don't confine yourself. go out and be with your friends. that's how i got out. it might work for you. just my two cents.
