Prevention for the common problems - software and hardware
Know where to buy cheap accessories - Mouse and Keyboard (2nd hand but branded) can be bought from abroad - have it sent here
Put up surviellance camera for security - place posters that you have surviellance camera in the entrance area (even if you dont have security camera).

Quality not to overkill though so you can have the quantity - good for 1 1/2 year to get the investment back. After that - another expansion.

but when it comes to games ull find the difference jud. maybe cost-cut ka sa internet section sa imo net cafe and invest it in the game section.

The internet area will still have the same games with the gaming units - but it won't ran with the same performance as the gaming rig will, but still playable.

Not to mention na kawatan karon kay pili-an na pud. I've actually heard of a cafe in mandue who had 3 of its 17" LCD Monitors STOLEN during the peaks hours of the cafe.

invest man tawn ka og maayo anang motherboard nga wala man gihapon nay assurance nga mo dugay. samot pa siguro if imong supply gamiton kay kana rang pakapin sa casing. maypa mo palit lang ka og motherboard nga baratohon like ecs945gct nga tag 1850 or ecsg31t nga tag 2100 or any cheap brand but with intel chipset then paresan og branded psu, mas dako pa og possibility nga mo dugay na imong pc. and also, sa processor, kanang pentium dual core is more than enough para sa pc nga pang internet cafe. if paresan na nimo og arang2x nga vc like ati2600xt or ati3650, dagan na nag mga latest games smoothly at medium settings. based sa ako experience, less than 10% sa mga internet cafe users ang mo play og bug at nga games like crysis or assassins creed kay mostly online games, dota og chat ra gyud. plus grabe na pod ang competition karon unya kuyaw nga mu drop ang rent to 10/hr then if dako au imong investment dugay gyud au na nimo ma bawi.

2GB nlng na ram gamita, ayaw na 4GB. you'll save mga 1000+ add nlng sa videocard. 2gb na ram di na kaya i max pag gamit ng mga online games. crysis ra cguro na max tanan setting o cod4 and 5.

4gb is an overkill
