can anyone please help me open my dtr, DAT file kasi siya...nagenerate ko siya using our payroll system pero hindi ko maopen ang file. i dont have the specific program. please help me.

I would suggest better open it with gedit in Linux (Ubuntu). It's clearer in gedit as compared to notepad.

Well bisan ma convince na sila nimo some of them have ulterior motives nga maoy mu-empede sa project. Then ang next ana is needed na nila ug public bidding para sa mga ing.ana nga project. To make sure nga mudaog ka bidding, pangayuan ka nila ug "pampadulas". In short dili ka pwede mupaso padulong sa inyong munispyo then muingon nga naa kay product nga gusto nimo ibaligya nila.

I have developed this kind of software (timesheet/payrol) as a module for a large accounting system. Instead of biometrics/fingerprint reader, it uses RFID logs. The software has two parts, the logger - which logs time-in/time-out of employees to an SQL server backend which was done in C++ (since the SDK for the RFID was only provided as a C++ library). And a front-end component to display graphs of the daily time record of an employee in C#.

If you're interested, I can give you my source code. But beware, this will only work for a particular brand of RFID reader.
