- An extensive knowledge and experience in a psychiatric institution is an advantage

---Just to shed some light about the facility.
They accept mentally-disturbed individuals and most of them are unmanageable...

im one of the staff nurses, i have been working with the Hospitaller for 3 years now and counting. i started as a Volunteer Nurse, after 3 mos they evaluated my skills and i finally got the post (Staff Nurse).
they usually get their staff nurses from the volunteers to test their skills, if they are able and willing to be trained. ang ilang qualification sa males kay dapat 5'7" up jud.. puro mga dagku nga Male Nurses ang naka duty evryday..

at first, gi hilasan kos ilang qualification pero all along, i experienced it myself na dili lalim kung mag tantrums na ang mga patients.. even 3 ka nurses dili maka pugong sa patients. Just imagine the scenario... 4 ka Nurses mag pugong ana just to restrain the patient before injecting the cocktail and it takes half an hour or up to an hour struggle to finally confine and restrain the patient. Once ma staff Nurse naka, mas daku hinoon ila pay compare sa other hospitals plus naay meal allowance. ang maau dinhi sa amo facility kay dili ka pa bayron ug bond and walay backer needed. naay possibility na ma regular employee.

So for those who wanted to start as volunteers, mag antos lang jud sa mo.. kay kung grabe pud ka high atong standards nig pangita ug work, maglisod jud. Daghan kaau Nurses ron way trabaho, while volunteering pa itoy2 lng sa ta then para ma hire as regular employee.
