it's just a part of life... don't take it too seriously... i do feel the same way too--sometimes.. but i just keep on praying.. whatever happens to us, i believe that it all happens for a reason and it's part of God's plans for us too keep us strong..

suicide was never an option for me mommy trust me on this I have been to the lowest of the low na gyud but I was still able to bounce back despite the odds were against me...you live you learn,daghan man pod kag blessings I'm sure of that.so just focus on whats good that is happening on your life and I'm sure you'll be alright.

cry it off muna dear. Then, when you feel better, do something to distract yourself from your problem: read a book, volunteer work, do household chores etc.. ANd when you've accomplished small tasks each day, you'll feel better about yourself, and your outlook in life will seem better.
