wala raman ko limit sa kaon basta ako mag jogging giud ko. try pod ug abs workout or sign up ka ug gym bay para ma tagaan ka ug sakto nga paagi para mag develop sa imong pandesal.. hahaha
Sa kadugay nakog exercise wala pa jud koy abs...ahehehe
well basically you eat 30g-50g of carbs, protein is 1 x your body weight then fats na mo compensate sa uban... for the first two weeks it's gonna be hard.. then once a week you eat the same amount of protein but more on carbs na ron and less ang fats..
the idea goes something like this..
if you eat less carbs (in the form of glycogen main source of energy used by the body) the body will switch to the alternative source which is fats.. so the body will release more fats for you to be used as energy.. then once a week.. we need to refill the glycogen source para sa ato muscles(correct me if i'm wrong).. the carbs won't be stored as fats but it's stored in your muscles.. so guilt free!.. hehehe..
but this diet is not recommended for those diabetison..
always consult gud sa imo doctor before starting these stuff..
makes me think.. I don't think cavemen were never fat.. i think they were ripped.. hahaha.. and to think their diet maybe their diet will consist of animal meat & fats.. then some fruits tingali..
I think it was only in the 80's when the fats were labeled as "bad" for the health..

ako abs suppose to be six duha pa nilakra sa babaw unsa pa kuwang ani para mo six gyud , tabang mo diha ug tambag unsa ako buhaton kani wala pa ko mag gym ang ako gibuhat cardio ug crunches dayon proper diet
try sit-ups with lighter fluid (rub it 'round your tummy before you do sit-ups), strict hi-fibre diet and low carb diet, and strict discipline
