    Place urself in the Customer's Shoes...
    Listen to the Customer...
    attend to his/her needs...

    Provide him/her steps pra m.avoid ni nga ing.ani nga issue in the future but all he said was Sorry...

    Birit pa nga We can wait dw for the General Manager(coincedentally, wla sa office but will come in after 3hours pra mka.strya mi)...

    hey, i think one should be careful with term usage..
    Near death experience (NDE) refers to a broad range of personal experiences associated with impending death, encompassing multiple possible sensations ranging from detachment from the body, feelings of levitation, extreme fear, total serenity, security, or warmth, the experience of absolute dissolution, and the presence of a light, which some people interpret as a deity..

    I don't know what you would call the experience of not knowing that you would not survive is??Euphoria? Inner Peace? Near Death Experience(NDE) would likely be on top of that list...
