SATA Drive not detecting

hi all,

i cleaned my desktop pc today (dusting off dust with a soft brush like i normally do). after that.
my pc didnt start up properly (some power supply issue). i replaced the power supply from my brother's spare... so it started up correctly... but now its not detecting my primary SATA drive only the ide drive which contains some of my data.

I already removed the bios battery and put it back again still nothing my system was running perfectly prior from cleaning. any advice you can give me?

this what happened :

na abli na nila akong HD, nasunog daw ang board sa HD waaaa. lol kinsa naa extra 250gb seagate sata dira? pa usla ko sa board! ahhehehe

and nothing in your suggestion will work.

pag ibot nimu sa battery sa u board, na erase ang bios settings, basin imu ra e set ug balik na.

unsaon, diretso lang tubag. close nalang ni oi. wala naman mahimo mga taga istorya ani kai guba ang board sa hard disk.
