ako suggest ninyo sis, maayo pa magrent lang mo ug lot kana gamay lang nga space, tukuran ninyo ug gamay sad nga structure made of light materials lang gud, kaysa mag rent mo dako kaayo, at least kon lot lang 1k to 2k pwede na maka rent ani, consider lang 10k amonth sa rent that is 120k a year, kon 2 k lang ang rent sa lot 24k lang a year, so bisan magconstruct pa ka ug worth 50k, advantage lang gihapon ninyo, how much more on a long term basis nimo nga rent at 120k a year unya 10% increase pa jud yearly.... sa 5 years ang rental inyo moabut na 600k wa pay labot ang increase kon lot lng 120k for 5 years.....ra

Very good idea sis will really consider that pero problem is ngita pajud ko basin naa ka nailhan pwede rent a lot bisan gamay ra btw lay sugod paman sad who knows mudako diay kay determined kaayo ko nga tawo si positive in life. maayo unya naa nako makit-an. Thanks sis!

We can be partners if you want... tunga ta sa puhunan and plus free na ang rental sa space coz amoa. Ang bayaran lng nato will be the electric and water bills and including sa mobantay.
