    batteries are ok as long as it is used sparingly in this system.

    if you use the same principle as conventional combustion engines naa mana siya alternator that recharges the battery. I guess it makes perfect sense.

    batteries will always play a less straining but major role in our engines.

    Sa kang dingle na car, He is not using batteries but used wet cell battery casings for the electrolysis kai it can withstand corrosion. Salt water biya eyang gamit kai mas naa activity on electrolysis ang taas ug mineral content.
    the car is not running on water, but hydrogen as fuel and oxygen as oxidant, water is the by-product..

    if water ang napadagan ana, wa na unta problema sa fuel tibook kalibotan.. water as compound can't be use as a fuel, it has to be break down into elements..

    kinahanglan mn ka mogamit og daghan batteries anang design ni dingle.. mao bitaw natalaw 2 xa sa dihang g.challenge xa sa DOST asa kutob iyang sakyanan kay di jud to modagan og layo.. the alternator can't recharge all the batteries that you need for water electrolysis..

    but let's give the guy a credit, he's not an engineer man tingali but was able to come up with that idea.. maybe he was amazed of water electrolysis thing and etc..

    Thats the third law/entropy in action. It requires more power to sustain the electrolysis than the power produced in the combustion of hydrogen to water. In the end ma drain gyud iya batteries even if he brings a lot of them. I agree, He has a very inefficient setup indeed, it would be more efficient to just go all electric.

    Does anyone have more details about his no-smoke incinerator thing he invented?

    He has to be very careful with passing a current through salt water. It will produce chlorine gas which is a very hazardous and is poisonous and have been implicated in the destruction of the ozone layer.

    awahi man ka sa balita bro dli to hnanggaw bro tinoud to, asa ka pagklase namyabas ka? iresearch sa internet ang hydrogen powered car sa US or Japan ba to mao na ang concept na gigamit ni Dingle sa iya water powered car. nag imbento cya ug engine or machine ba to na mkasplit sa hydrogen ug oxygen sa water then pagka split ato ang hydrogen which is flammable gas mao ang i-fuel sa engine. check ni nga link sa ubos pra dli ka ptaka tira kay crab mentality na bro... pinakagrabe nga sakit sa Pinoy which is dapat nto i-eliminate...

    Honda is not using water to ran it.
    If that's the case then, water as fuel -> generate energy + water
    water = water + energy
    But energy can't be created nor destroyed.

    I see this on his website
    Hydrogen Reactor Demo | Daniel Dingel - Filipino Inventor
    he is doing a demo on his hydrogen reactor and
    it seems he is flicking something on the side of the reactor

    @cool_guy: hydrogen powered car or Hydrogen fuel cell car is not the same as Water fueled car.
    Hydrogen != Water

    Lets give him the benefit of the doubt the indeed he was able to run his car using water.
    It's even easy to demonstrate that it could run.. but the question is.. how far can it go? Yes the idea works.. it has been known for ages. The main stumbling block for that idea is how inefficient electrolysis is in breaking down water. You need lots of current to have a sustainable combustion.sayo

    It's like saying "hey I can power my entire house for 10 mins if my roof covered with solar panels is exposed to sunlight for 24 hours!" It works.. but it is inefficient. At least sunlight is free though.

    hmm kinsa kaha namayabas karon.. peace!

    hello guys, invention sometimes goes beyond the law we know at school. Mao bitaw gitawag na ug invention. Tinood na nga dili water and mopadagan sa car ni Dingle, pero mao ra na ang termino nga iyang gigamit aron halos tanan nga pinoy makasabot, maenganyo, masibot, ug modrayeb sa iyang utok aron mahimong mautingkayon sa iyang mugna. Taga-i pod ug credit and pinoy. Sa iyang pagdumili nga bunkagon suhiron ang iyang nidagan na nga imbento basin duna siyay rason... basin dili niya ma hi-uli ang iyang gibuhat. Mao bitaw nga kon duna pay interes ang atong gobyerno iya unta to nga gisuportahan. Dili bungkagon ang iyang mugna hinoon pabuhaton siya ug duplicate adto nga mugna unya kuyog na ang DOST. Kon dili siya kaduplicate?... una pa ta mohusga sa iyang invention. Hinumdomi ni imbento gani dili permi nga mosubay sa na-andan na nga law of PHysics law of consevation ug unsa pa na nga inyong naa sa huna-huna. Pamalandongi una ang mga nabantog nga pilosoper nga sa ilang pahanon gi-ingnan nga bu-ang ... kay ni-ingon nga ang kalibotan lingin........ nga ni-adtong panahona wala pa may nilupad......

    Ayaw daota ang idea sa pinoy ... Ato ni nga tabangan.

    hahahahaha... katawa man lang ko nmo dodong, kuwang man siguro imong nabasa... kabasa ka'g tarong sa mga akong gipost wa pud ko gapataka'g sulti dodong oi..

    hydrogen vehicle is different from water-fueled vechicle baya dodong.. wa pa man intawn na.imbento nga sakyanan modagan og tubig deretso ang e.fuel dodong.. hydrogen hinoon.. dili man hydrogen ang g.claim a2ng dingle nga nkapadagan sa iyang sakyanan, tubig man. Mao ingon ko joke 2 iya... nya pareha diay na ang tubig og hydrogen dodong?? basin naconfuse ka nga ang tubig=hydrogen ha, dili baya.. review basic chemistry lang ta dong ha, hydrogen is element and water is compound.. ok?
