Jesting aside, please tell your friend this:

What's the big deal about not telling your partner about your vain antics? Do you tell your BF how often you pluck your UA or if you shave your P hair or if you wear a magic bra etc.? Just rhetorical questions here.

Seriously, I find nothing wrong with not talking about the false teeth, hair removal, wigs and all those superficial stuff... unless I intend to date and marry a person based entirely on his natural looks and unless I made it clear to him in the first place that prosthetics turn me off.

My decision to not talk about it can't even be considered lying, since you never asked me about it. Hehehe. I agree with k9 and Sol_Itaire on this one. Maybe the toothy guy never mentioned about his false teeth because he did not find doing so important.

I'm glad the guy found someone who saw probably asked about and saw through his false teeth, and loved him despite his hidden imperfection.
