i wanted to buy na unta the XP64 but then I saw a post that tells me that there are 2 types of XP64. one for AMD and the other for Intel... however, as i was going to buy the installer i only saw 1 type of XP64... Anybody can help me be enlightened?

There's only one Windows XP Pro x64 edition. It will work with any of these following x64 processors:
