like goryo, im also into my bulking stage, nindot na kayo pa cutting, im already 202 lbs, sometimes, 205 lbs. 5'9". pero i need more size to compete hopefully soon.

sakto mo ni goryo bro, although medyo kontento na ko sa akong arms (14.5" when flexed), it could still use a little size, one more inch payts na. makalagot lang gyud ni akong triceps kay lisod kayo padak-on. anyway, pareha diay ta, bulking stage nasad ko, but still on my 1st week. im planning to do this for until Feb, then cutting nasad for the summer. im not planning to compete though, pa-choy2x ra ning akoa...konohay
