    sakto mo ni goryo bro, although medyo kontento na ko sa akong arms (14.5" when flexed), it could still use a little size, one more inch payts na. makalagot lang gyud ni akong triceps kay lisod kayo padak-on. anyway, pareha diay ta, bulking stage nasad ko, but still on my 1st week. im planning to do this for until Feb, then cutting nasad for the summer. im not planning to compete though, pa-choy2x ra ning akoa...konohay . perhaps we could post another thread to update our progress every week. bisag kinsa is welcome to join us

    @ravel cop, heres my before and after pic bai, 2007 - ako arms was 15 (pumped), currently 18 (pumped). mas nindot na ako quads karon than last year, 2007 - 22 , karon is 26 inches.

    whew! payter na kaayo ni imo lawas last year bro. kung akoa na, il just maintain it all year round. but of course, you have a different goal. klaro bitaw na nagpa-bulk up ka coz nanambok gyud ka, maklaro sa imong liog pud. how many pounds are you expecting to lose after your upcoming cut?

    by the way, katung imo gi-recommend na program, i've done something like it na before pero wa gihapuy effect murag ma-overtrain man tingali kog ingon ana bro, im not sure. sometimes mu-conclude nalang ko na it's all about the genes . right now, 2 exercises nalang ko with 3 sets each. we'll see kung naa bay agi. thanks bro!

    oi brod! layo ra kaayo ko sa imong na-achieve bai. kita sad ko sa imong before & after pics, pastilan gyud, pare-pareha kay bai Onins . pero kung imong sundun akong program diri, sure ko bai, labing gamay nimong ma-lose is 30lbs

    @ravelcop, siguro nu, sa genes na, pariha mu ug case ni Marcus Rhul - IFBB Pro, dako kayo siya, pero iya Triceps is overpowered by his Chest, Shoulders, and Biceps, mao wala gyud siya na Mr. Olympia.

    naa may solution ana, pero i guess your not into "it", u know what i mean
