I wholeheartedly understand makathy's feelings, her image is being "used" to present something that she's not, especially in a social website like Friendster however I'd like to put some perspective here.

I got to thinking that is just a virtual website anyway and I understand that this Ate Eva is just a co-worker of a friend, so I assume that contact is not too often or none at all...

Kay I am just concerned that if makathy contacts this eve regarding this, however casual and gentle, it could escalate matters to the point na it might become ugly.

After all, it just could be a harmless crush, a casual act of kilig, no harm initially meant by it. After all it's Friendster, it's virtual. Sure they appear like a couple in just a pic or two. But it's just appearances and the truths or facts rely on much more than that.

And then again, maybe kani si Ate Eve posted that photo para mu-react jud si makathy and mu contact niya.

I hope that no rumors are bothering makathy but if she can still tolerate it, I believe she should just let some time pass and not make any direct contact with Ate Eve. Kay contact might lead to 'encouragement' kay 'challenge'.

I'd like to suggest, to counter lang, why not fire with fire? Makathy can post a picture of her and her boyfriend or the guy she likes in an obviously clear public display of close affection. In fact why not fill the profile with a lot of those similar photos, that's a clear message eh?
