I would suggest nga mas maayo mo-apply sa callcenter nga dili tagalog infested kay i'm sure nga naa gyu'y politika mahitabo within the workplace.
gamay au sweldo.. first call center ako na sudlan na wala man gani free coffee or clinic..
guys, trust me.. ur better off with other call centers like PS, Convergys or others.. the health coverage will only be effective after 6 months. that means if your absent, ur unpaid for the day and have to pay the doctor for a medical certificate. maka mahay au that im in this company.
allow me to give my feedback since i've been to this company,
to the TL's, i don't question the product knowledge of our soon to be TL's as we are still our Product Training (real world) . what they need to improve is that how they approach, guide, help, and how to let their trainees better understand the product. They need to have leadership training! They do not know how to motivate!
to the product trainor, the Web-based training won't help that much most especially if it is outdated. Thorough discussions on what are the plan offers should be done. Mock calls should be implemented in order to at least gauge trainees learning before they are sent to live calls / real world.
to the IT's, please... customers are not pleased if we always say apologies when most of the time the system/tools are very slow.. putting them on hold for two minutes will get the attention of the command center that we need to go back to our customers.
to the command center, your bisaya and tagalog accents can highly be recognized.. please go back to English Skills Training.
to the English Trainer, not much of a comment I have. It's the best english training I ever had since.
I hope my feedback will somehow in any way help them improve if they read this. naming these people is useless, they should know who they are.

I agree with pathfinder, I too have worked for ICT, they expect too much from you even if the product training is just 1 week, politics is so rampant, you will surely pass even if you are not eligible to pass based on your stats as long as you know how to lick the asses of the tagalog TL's, and one more thing, they (tagalogs), who were relocated here in Cebu to be upcoming TL'S and coaches cant even utter simple correct english, accent is way so thick that it sounds like a teacher of a cheap kindergarten school.
