hmmm.... it seems that no one really understood the way things work here...
simple tip: try to unzip at any folder, then double click the IESHWIZ.EXE... and enjoy~!
The procedure above is only if you want it to be permanently installed in your computer as a call program (i.e., run... ieshwiz.... enter..).
bro, before ko nagtpye adto nga command sa cmd, ako pa man nga gi click ang ieshwiz.exe,, then miabot ko adto sa process nga pareha sa gi-post nga picture ni poloskk unrecognized man cya,,

Ahh, there is something wrong with your computer. ALL computers work the same, by the way. Check it for errors, viruses, trojans, malware, and last but not the least, missing dll files.
