intel pa rin!
it is correct. the tables have turned to amd in comparison with temp and power consumption unlike the K7/PIII era that intel really has an edge on almost all facets.
to get back to the topic, its as simple to ask; "saan mo ba gagamitin ang setup/pc/rig mo?"

guilliam, yeah basically thats my point too.
kung di MORE SOFTWARE SUPPORT and HARDWARE SUPPORT and intel kaysa AMD
ohh yeah ayaw ka excited sge, na DD post na hinoon imo gi post.....
What do you mean MORE SOFTWARE SUPPORT and HARDWARE SUPPORT? You mean mas daghan software na maka support sa Intel? Mas daghan hardware maka support sa Intel? Hardwares like what? Videocard? Soundcard? Hard Drive? ... Bai, we are talking about CPU.... AMD = INTEL.. Basically they have the same software support and hardware support..
CPU rana bai. Dont confused yourself with the comparison. Take this lang para dili ka maglibog inig choose nimo sa duha.
Although once lang ko naka use og Intel.. PII 350MHZ pa before... I can say, depende rana nimo asa ka, Intel or AMD...
Am not being bias, but based on my experience, I prefer AMD especially with today's development... AMD is always worth for the bucks..
CyriX !!!!! i hope they will come back
via na bitaw na ron ang cyrix
with proper cooling, any A64 orintel will withstand 24/7 usage.im using an overclocked A64 feeding 1.58V and running 24/7 folding and never had any problems(knock on wood).same goes with my old pentium running @4ghz while folding 24/7.
Yes its true. You can use the AMD CPUs for a 24/7 Server.
OT:
DD, which folding team are you btw? im torn between team abit and team OCC. what do you think?
- g
