i dont know how that could happen. if that's the case, pwede man mareklamo na sa tindahan gipalitan. It's their duty to check if ok ilang gibaligya. it's also their duty to return that to the manufacturer.

it's not only Sparkle per se that have this problems "foreign objects inside bottle".. Coca-Cola, Pepsi also had the same issues albeit most were settled out of court. that's why the big companies right now pay a premium to have the quality of their product checked doubly hard 'coz of those bad and inexcusable lapses..

@omad: ur right bai.. they're also afraid people might sue them for their own mistakes. if you're the owner of the company you wouldn't want to pay large sums of money to a consumer just by making little mistakes. plus they'll end up jeopardizing the name of their company too..
