the comment about the EPA & FDA (USA) monitoring the specific water products do not directly reflect on the quality of water here (Philippines). i.e. Limpyo ang tubig sa america therefore limpyo pud tubig sa pinas.

Large cities like Manila cannot provide a reliable drinkable water source. (At least sa US ang taxes - at a reasonable amount - gyud punta sa saktong lugar! filtration is very efficient there) As a city becomes so large maintaining a safe drinking source is difficult since the plumbing becomes so large to maintain. But naa gyud gamay toxins ang tap water although not in a level that can kill us if you are in a decently-sized city. But naa gyud nag compare ug bottled water ug tap. gamay ra kaayo difference. it won't kill you gyud.

Nagkatawa lang ako dad about this certain water source mentioned in one of the bottles we bought. Being a survivor of WW2 naka comment gud siya: "Unsa maning water source nila na hagbay ra man ni nihubas. There hasn't been water there for over 20yrs!" LOL I forgot the name of the bottled water though.
