PAL is the way to go if you fly domestic. Pretty stews too. Lol. Well, Cebu Pacific has its share of lookers pud. But the delays are too much.

i heard of these kind of complaints before. if i remember it right, before Cebu Pacific was born, ing ani pud ka grabeh ang PAL sauna. We had no choice ky PAL ra man ang available sauna.

Cebu Pacific is now dubbed "CEBU PATHETIC" to some forums...ako gani ngmahay ko ngano gi nganlan ug "Cebu" Pacific ky kung cases like these maamong ang imahe sa atoang beloved province. It's an added negative on top of others like the mega shabu lab before, the CICC scandal, the vigilante killings, etc.

Cebu Pacific management should act on this as soonest as possible.

    -------------------

i also had 2 bad experiences w/ them before. While the first one was not their fault, the 2nd is.

The first experience was a 1am flight from Mnla bound for Cebu. While riding the shuttle service from domestic airport to NAIA (check in is at the domestic but actual boarding is at NAIA), we were surprised that the bus service upon entering the NAIA gate turned around after a few meters and went back to the domestic terminal. Then we were told after that the flight was moved to 4-5am. No explanation given. After 2 hrs of waiting, we only knew the real score we won't be able to fly coz upon watching their waiting lounge tv, we saw from a newsflash that NAIA tower is being held under hostage. That was during the NAIA tower saga sometime more than 2 yrs ago where a grenade-armed officer was killed by the SWAT. And at that same time that was happening, we were inside the NAIA compound and near the tower!!! Imagine kno if nag pinusilay ug initsahay ug granada cla atong panahona!!! All of us passengers didn't know what has been happening as the management only told us there was a delay. Maybe to avoid panic.

My second experience was also a 1am flight from Mnla to Cebu. This sched has lower rate and besides, it is a perfect time especially if u come from a little bar hopping in Malate. It was delayed and moved to 5am. Ang resulta? We had no sleep.

Happens with every airline at one time or another.

Funny you say it isn't racist but decline to give a reason of anything else other than race. That would in fact be considered racist.

My error was not including that line in this particular thread.

What happened sa airport is to some extent "understandable" given the NAIA 3 migration... I am not surprised by the delays, cancellations and other things that resulted from it.... pero what I'm shocked at was the accommodation sa Cebu Pacific ....motel gyud? Also... breakfast kay bangus and water.. is this SOP sa Cebu Pac or na timingan lang ni?

Cebu Pac management can argue that it was the new terminal and transition to the new system there that caused the problem... they can say that it's out of their control... pero with regards to where to let their passengers stay and what food to serve.... that's within their control gyud....
