i wouldnt recommend greenvalley....i still have a bad taste sa ilang customer service....maau lang kung wala pa na admit imo item...pero once naa na nila...cge lang ka unya-unya-on....

there are times dli madala og disk recovery...if its really hardware y dont you go to a dell service center...im pretty sure theres one around in cebu...
