one of my CI's sa med-surg when i was still in 3rd yr. nursing, si Mr. Escobal. luckily and coincidentally too we met and worked together Sinai Hosp. for 3yrs. unya sya pod ako supervisor at the same time...he!3x

he is one great reason that i got confidence. i can remember, sau mi nahuman sa OPD exposure so sau sugdan ang case study reporting. m the first one to report sa chronological order and my topic at that time is quite confusing for me...Portal Hypertension in Liver Cirrhosis. but wa ko nag prepare ky abi nako d na maabtan sa time. LOL! i cud not find any reason at all, but he told me so nicely...i know u can do it. he allowed me to read in one corner for 30min. and gave me a sign that he will help me along the way!
i felt safe somehow at that time.

after reporting, he told me "see i didnt have to help u with that and u made it urself! i know i cud count on you..." that felt so nice gyud! when i knew, i will be working in the same hospital with him dri....i know i was in gud hands and he told me secretly after reporting...(he knows m anxious and told me) u have the skills and knowledge, YOU definitely can do it!!!

Mam Sabala.. math teacher.. naa ko sa pilot section when I was in high school.. nya as in gamay kaaayo xa mohatag grado.. lisod pa jud ang leksyon pirme.. (pero gamit kaayo pag college) then ask mi tanan mam mauwaw man sad me sa grades namo pilot section gud me.. nya ang mga taga lower section kay dagko kaayo naa pay 90.. her answer was, asa man mo gamay grado but kat-on ug lisod or dagko ug grado sayon ra ang leksyon.. I cant forget this ma apply gihapon na ko sa work...
