About sexing birds, pelvic method is okay but your birds must be matured enough para walay sipyat, DNA is 100% exact way of sexing birds but it doesn't mean that if you have a male and female bird they are compatible to produce offsprings, the last method is place the same specie of birds on one large flight and let them choose their own partners this is called natural pairing. Natural pairing will give you the best results in breeding.

dpende kung unsa nga bird naa nmo... if mga finches lng ok rna ky dli mna cla mg.paak-paak, if sa budgies ok ra pd ky dli cla ingon anah ka hard mg.paak-paak.. pro i african lovebirds gni, i suggest ayaw nlng jd, hehe ky nah! mura jd ug mga pliers ang beak anah nla, even some metal screen ky ma putol na nla..and also do not use woods pd pra sa frame sa cage ky madunot den ila pd na paak-paakon...
