after 5 days of taking (no loading phase, just plainly 5g/day), so far i have the ff effects:
1. instant 5-10lbs increase sa mga weights na akong gipang-alsa
2. less muscle sore, before mu-last ug 3days akong pamaul, karun 1day nalang
3. makaya na nako ang HIIT, with only 30-45 secs rest in between sets
4. ni-gain kog 2lbs just this week, im not sure though if this is the cause
