try mo read ani mga bro, pertaining pud nim about drugs (bodybuilding), legal/illegal -----> http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200...313/index.html
I tend to see myself as a future bodybuilder... but right now I consider myself a powerbuilder (get as big as possible by becoming as strong as possible).
My injuries have occured due to overtraining, having off-days (not ready mentally) and by gaining strength faster than my tendons were ready for. If you fall off the horse you have to jump right back on it... and that's what i'm trying to do![]()

Those days when you really don't feel like working out, but still drag your ass to the gym... and while being in the gym you have a hard time getting into the mood/mentality and therefor not executing the excercise properly.Originally Posted by Molokai

ako bench press, 10 pounds each side (20lbs total), 60-80 reps. para kapuyon.
Gomi: what are those 60-80 reps for?
newbie here... havent been training much for more than 2years.. ryt now i dont do bench presses with b-bells.. i realized its more effective doing dumbell presses... from a long leave in the gym, i just pump 60 pounder dumbells... 12 reps...
