How many times do you drink honey?

I bought some cheap local honey at fooda, opened it to use some and the rest sat on a shelf for a year. i recently opened it and it tastes just as good as the first day. did not spoil. so the cheap local stuff is real enough for me.

How many times do you drink honey a day? Me, around 2-3 cups a day..

I don't because of the sugar content, but I have seen how effective buckwheat honey is for coughing. It's a hundred times better than dextromethorphan, and even works better than hycodan, inexplicably.

I'm not familiar with the chemicals that you mentioned, but I have to agree that honey is indeed effective for cough cure... I have read it in a magazine before... But yes, it has high sugar content and I love it...

i only drink honey if i have colds. my dad has this radish, calamansi and honey mixture that really works jud.
