I was Surprise nobody mentioned, BADIAN ISLAND RESORT. I found out they do pamper the guest better than those who are located near in the City. Its the best resort I can think of in CEbu.
About ALEGRE, its their boat tour: KALAMGAMAN ISLAND, I hope I identify it right, its Carribean feel and Service When you will be enjoying LUNCH in a sprouling white sand and seashore as far as your feet can walk yet its still "knee deep". VEry CLean!
AMANPOULO is the grandest of them all! Go there and you'll Understand but that another place in the Philippines.

Its Amazing How they architecturally design WATERFRONT HOTEL, ala, Las Vegas!!!!

Shangri La is very nice but twey have a name to uphold, thats why its not impressive.
They have the best Seafood buffet though, cant find any closer yet.
