if you want to shop on ebay i suggest you better not coz its not safe unless your computer has a good or perfect internet scanner that can prevent to anyone getting your credit card passwords and card numbers.That can possible to happen if you just shop ebays that not sure about your internet protections.If i were you shop online to a well known company or some sites that sell stuff that has internet protection that can prevent hacking your card number and password.

hmmm.. actually its safe, coz you don't pay directly to the seller. you must use paypal. which is ebay's preferred payment. ilaha man pod nang paypal. that's why im using a debit card to register in paypal for ebay..hehehe..nobody can steal it kung walay sulod.. you just deposit just enough money when your about to pay on your winning item in ebay

i'm planning to buy camera accessories online (ebay), verified na ako paypal account kay naa nakoy visa card..
but i'm kinda doubtful if ma.abot gyud akong items i-order. the seller is from israel.. powerseller. 100%. nya daghan iya customers.
nya free iyang shipping sa item kung (int'l flat rate) but if gnhan kog dali2x gamay, pwde pud daw niya i-ship using EMS for $20..
ako question is, asa ni cya i-drop off? i'm from lapu-lapu.. sa post office ba ni kuhaon or i-deliver gyud ni cya sa akong mailing address?
naa pa ni taxes/custom fees/etc? or wala na? nya who knows the computation? tariff?

expect to pay a bloated custom tax and duties for electronics items. it will not be delivered sa inyo house. you will only be given notice then mao na imong dalhon to claim.

what's the seller's DSR (Detailed Seller's Ratings)? check the DSR og taas ba syag ratings.

moabot na sya imong item. if via EMS normally 5 days, if regular lang expect about a month or so. just make sure to insure the item and TRANSACT within Ebay para protected ka sa Buyer's Protection Program.
