    That's the problem bai because the one who were interviewed were Cebuanos themselves (businessmen, local people, etc..). Cebu's score depended on their answers.

    The question is, what if they have too high expectations about Cebu considering that it is the second most important city outside Manila?

    What if they rated Cebu a low score simply because they were expecting an MRT, a subway train, or whatever?

    The threat to validity of the survey would have been less if the respondents who rated Cebu would be the same who would rate the other cities so that they can properly make a comparison.

    Wa na bay. Settled na. Accept na lang nga na shut out. Otherwise, you sound like sourgraping. So much for biased opinions in favor of Cebu.

    I agree.

    Mas maayo man sad kung tan-awn nato kung asa ta dapit ning fail para kat-on sad ta ba. Dili lang kay dawat lang ta kay dawat. Unsaon ug asenso kung dili nato i scrutinize ang ilang survey. Unsay gamit sa survey kung wala tay makat onan, puro ra diay to tomo-tomo. Gets?
    Pero anyway, natabunan na sa landslide ang issue. It's not a big deal anymore.

    just take it as a positive criticism and learn from it... we can't please and have everything.
