Guys, i know late ko sa inyo discussion, maybe this might help and enlighten me... was applying a job through an agency and they need me to pay $32.00 but through paypal, as i've research di man accepted paypal diri sa pinas, so wa ko ka padayon sa ako transaction.

i think u can directly apply online..can't you? i don't know how it works in cebu, but that's how it works in the U.S..i just use my credit or debit card..

eerr am i going to my local BANK AND APPLY for the paypal account?Â* i do have an acc in china bank and haveÂ* a checking account too
my wife had a credit card me i dont have...Â* i already i inquire it on the bank and they dont have any idea what is PAYPAL...

in the internet it ask for a credit card which i dont have....( any options for me?
