brocolli is good. lots of vitamins and minerals. cabbage family if i am not mistaken.
i actually saw once a pic in a magazine a crossbred of a cauli flower and a brocolli. bright neon-greenish cauliflower florets. real neat-o. forgot lang what it was called..... caulibrolli? whateveh! hehehehe
i love brocolli. i love brocolli leaves too...just steamed with oyster sauce. (not the ones that come with the florets ha.... kana benta bitaw together sa chinese veggies nga uban.)
hala kalami na ining atong gi istoryahan ba..mag digamo nata...
try steaming it until crisp and bright green in color, then dip in cheese sauce... yum!
sauté kasagaran ani...
beef broc'lies namention na but try using tenderloin marinate daan then sauté with oyster sauce use butter instead of oil in low heat kai masunog dayon ang butter.
add thin slice carrots, red and green bell peppers para colorful imong food.
but pagbantay sa becareful too much brocs causes gassy stomach much deadlier than kamote
@d' ....naka sulay na ako anang imo gi ingon nga crossbreed sa brocolli and cauliflower...unsa kaha name ani no...brocauli or or colliflower![]()
@Gwyn -- ano ang lasa? so weird noh? neon green almost hahahhahaha. parang plastic tignan hehehe. laruan ba.
@d'....it was good surprisingly...pero very dark yellow man to not neon green....
the pic i saw in the mag was an even brighter green hehehehe.
