too much coconut oil is bad for your health... mura ra ka nag higop ug mantika... Coconut oil is SATURATED FAT... same as standard cooking oil... Lard... etc... being an antioxidant is its advantage... ONLY advantage... so, take note on that...

Early researchers failed to distinguish between saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. They assumed all fats (including coconut oil) were unhealthy because they raised serum cholesterol levels. But in revisiting those studies, researchers discovered that all fats are not created equal. Newer research proves saturated fats rich in the medium chain fatty acids (healthy fats) like those found in Extra Virgin Coconut Oil are very beneficial. In the body, lauric acid, which accounts for 50-55% of the total fatty acids in Virgin Coconut Oil, converts to monolaurin, a powerful monoglyceride that destroys viruses, bacteria and fungi. Monolaurin, an antiviral and antibacterial agent that is produced by the metabolism of lauric acid, is one of several key byproducts of coconut oil. Its production is one of several convincing reasons to substitute coconut oil for less healthy hydrogenated oils. Fortunately, doing so today is easier than it has ever been. Simply by substituting coconut oil for hydrogenated oil when you cook, you can reap the benefits of monolaurin while simultaneously helping to prevent heart disease and cancer.
The antiviral benefits of lauric acid and its byproducts are so substantial that coconut oil is often added to infant formula as a result. In addition, studies have shown that lauric acid can significantly reduce the viral load of patients with HIV. And all of this from an oil that is rich in nutrients and cholesterol neutral. Unlike refined coconut oils, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is not hydrogenated, bleached, refined or deodorized.
this is one fat that fight fats! I believe in this product!!

OLIVE OIL is very effective for internal cleansing. It cleanses the whole digestive system as well as the liver, the extra virgin OLIVE OIL in particular. I usually take it in three successive days once a month, 30 ml of extra virgin oil and 30 ml of pure calamansi juice every am 30 minutes before breakfast.

Canola oil, very good for cooking. Been using this in replacement of the traditional cooking oil AND MUCH BETTER ALTERNATIVE TO corn oil! Use it for frying my FAVORITE FRIED FOODS!
