the only ever BEST government agency office in the whole philippines is LTO Talisay. renewal of car registration? human dayun within 30 minutes, license? mas dali pa! wala ni fixer2x ug additional bayad ha! Aircon pa ngadto nya naa pay robinsons tapad. the best giud ang talisay. manghatag kog pinaskohan ngadto nya. hehe

I went to LTO Talisay to renew my License.. I was amazed with the processing.. 100% no fixer.. 30mins all in all.. walay pala kasay.. free parking fee, aircondition waiting area, and employees up until the security guard relates with good manner..

Para sa ako ang Talisay kay dali ra kaayo, matinahuron pa from ordinary guard staff to heads in 20 to 30 mins humana ang imo transaction.

last month ra ako bday mga boss.. nadala sa kalimot, overtime ko one month.. penalty noon.. pero cge lang ky wala may hustle...I hope tanang LTO office diri cebu seminaron sa taga Talisay... heheh..
