Where to find the bug: Footer Links
Description of the bug: Links are not working, clicking the links will take you no where and status bar indicates ( (javascript:void(0) ).
Steps to recreate the bug:
1. Use Google Chrome browser
2. Log-in
3. Navigate footer links found at the bottom of the forum's main page.

Result:
Target thread from footer link doesn't open the category/thread.

Expected Result:
Should open target thread.
