imho, ang film cameras dugay jud maluma.maluma lng ang film kung nanay barato nga 24MP pataas nga full frame dslr. mayta nanay mogawas ng full-frame DSLR less than 30k. pero available pa tingali ni 15years from now pa. pero wala pa juy makalupig sa sa 4" X 5" medium format over digital back camera. because cmos/ccd sensor dilimaka-apas ana nga size.for nature photography .medium film format still rules !!!!
What happened to this thread?! Patay na... hehehe
What I love of having a film SLR, is that, I am enjoying the manual settings!!! Although, in our economic problems right now, we cannot afford to waste money by buying a lot of film and developing it w/c costs a lot... =it leads me to save, and use each film in a practical method!
for example : in digital, you can take a lot of pictures that you want... wala'y limitations...
in a film slr : Lisod kaau, kay if mag sayang2x ka og film, and padevelope gasto, dba?! So each use sa film, imo jud e sigurado na maau imong kuha, na dili raka masayangan... w/c is also lead me na, maka tuon og maau... "in a hard way" lang... hehehe
here are my shots with my Nikon EM
Nikon 50mm F/1.8 ISO 400
Tokina 35mm-70mm F/3.5 ISO 400
Tokina 35mm-70mm F/3.5 ISO 400
naa diay ko'y question... Unsa diay mahitabo if you are going to use an expired film?! Diba usually expired film kay ga e apply nila sa lomo cameras...?!

anybody have a film scanner?
Kinda ironic... The title says Film is not dead! I clicked the topic and I see dead links.
Let me know if you guys want me to clean up this thread from dead links...
depending on how "expired" it is and how it was stored you could get fogging, color casts, muddy colors...
more info here...
