kare kano and fruits basket are great in manga!
anyway gokousen was nice in terms of the story however the illustration is not kinda my taste... but the live action was ok.... great cast too.
i suggest u read mangas then watch....

guys, read nausicaa valley of the wind MANGA. it's not just one of the best manga there is, it's one of the best graphic novels there are period.
