photomatix makes very bad halos and unrealistic photos...i prefer using the traditional cs3 way

photomatix pud para nako convenient.. mas nindut pud ang tone mapping sa photomatix

I usually combine both... photomatix for merging and tonemap then enhance the image in PS usually minimizing noise and halos. i'm still using lower version of PS though

true...with photomatrix, its easier and faster siya...shortcut way kung baga...
but final results with tweaking i still prefer what i can do with photoshop that with photomatrix...

Queery,
Pwede bani siya shoot 1 RAW and develop 3 different exposures.
Had no Prob w/ my Oly on HDR, but my D40X yes it doesn't have bracketing function.
